Japanese Katana
After two years in the making, Darksword Armory has finally teamed up with one of the best Japanese bladesmiths, Akio Hattori, now living in China. The Katanas & Samurai weapons, forged by Hattori, are individually hand forged from the finest material. The Katana blades are forged with 1095 High Carbon Steel and can either be ordered Tempered, at a Rockwell of 55, or in traditional fashion, Clay Tempered (on order basis for the time being).
Each of Hattori's Katanas, are individually hand forged and sharpened by hand with Japanese whetsone. The blades are set with a razor sharp edge.
The Tsubas are handmade in Iron and the handles are wrapped in (Ito). Silk Japanese grade Top & Skin Ray Genuine in wrapped are Tsukas The>Genuine Ray Skin & Top grade Japanese Silk (Ito).
